Let us build your organization a custom Knowledge Base. A Knowledge
Base is a repository for articles, letters, troubleshooting tips,
product data sheets, "how to's",
and/or information on a specific topic/s. A Knowledge Base is like a customized, searchable
library of information that you determine the contents. Items in
the Knowledge Base are searchable by the viewer using "keywords" just
like you would in an Internet search engine.
Each article is rated by viewers for it's usefulness
and value. Ratings are displayed for others in the search results. |

| Knowledge Base content are controlled through secured Administration screens giving you control of what is included. This administration also let you determine the "keywords" and title for each entry and the option of deleting an existing article. | ||
